This hybrid role combines the communication strengths of a BDC (Business Development Center) representative with the customer-facing impact of a Sales Associate.

Your Role:

• 
  

  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options

  
  


• 
  

  Clearly explain product features, benefits, and warranty information

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain follow-up communication with potential and existing customers

  
  


• 
  

  Track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools

  
  


• 
  

  Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, incentives, and promotions

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with dealership marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
