At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle — from pipeline generation and outbound prospecting to closing deals and driving long-term revenue growth.
This is not a passive account management role or an order-taking sales position.
You will:
Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound sales efforts
Run discovery calls and sales presentations
Manage negotiations and close deals
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
Drive consistent revenue growth
You’ll work directly with business owners, executives, and leadership teams while managing opportunities across the entire sales funnel.

Full-Cycle Sales Execution
Own the full sales process from:
Prospecting
Outreach
Discovery Calls
Product Demos & Presentations
Negotiation
Closing
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Generate new business through outbound and inbound sales activity
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and business goals
Present tailored B2B solutions aligned with customer needs
Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Relationship Management
Build relationships with:
Business Owners
Executives
Decision-Makers
Develop trust through consultative, value-driven sales conversations
Maintain strong client relationships post-sale
Ensure smooth transition and onboarding after deal closure
Pipeline Management & Sales Strategy
Track:
Deal progression
Conversion rates
Pipeline health
Forecasting accuracy
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
Improve close rates through data-driven optimization
Develop strategies to increase:
Win rates
Deal velocity
Pipeline efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Ensure seamless onboarding and client handoff
Share market insights and customer feedback internally

💻 Required Experience & Skills
Core Requirements
3+ years of experience in:
B2B Sales
Account Executive roles
Business Development
Full-cycle sales
Proven track record of:
Hitting or exceeding quotas
Consistently closing deals
Driving measurable revenue growth
Experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience using CRMs such as:
Salesforce
HubSpot
or similar platforms
Strong pipeline and time management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
Fluent English communication skills
