Job Description - Sales Administrator

We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Administrator to be an integral part of our Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for managing the opportunity and order fulfillment processes within the Sales team, and play an integral part in coordinating customer success in partnership with various others across the company. In this position, you’ll work closely with Sales leadership, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance.

 Responsibilities

  • Support the global sales team's end-to-end order management process—from quotations and purchase orders to internal order processing, shipping, delivery, and installation.
  • Coordinate between customers, the Sales team, and internal QM departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through invoicing.
  • Provide daily updates on sales documentation and customer order status to internal stakeholders and customers, as needed.
  • Assist the Finance team in maintaining accurate and timely invoicing processes.
  • Collect and maintain customer and order data, ensuring accurate records in Salesforce CRM and other QM business systems.
  • Collaborate with the global Sales team to support sales activities and help drive the pipeline toward revenue goals.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar Sales Administration or Sales Operations role within a B2B high-tech company.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce; familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English – required.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex processes across global teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
