Job Description: Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and budget. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. 

Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. 

- Identify customer needs and wants, and recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements. 

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and answer customer questions about vehicle features and specifications. 

- Explain sales prices and financing options with customers, while ensuring that the dealership's profitability is maintained. 

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business and referrals. 

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers. 

Requirements

Requirements:

- Previous experience in car sales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Strong negotiation and customer service skills. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of financing options and sales process is a plus.
