Exapta Solutions was founded in 1998 to bring better tools and techniques to no-till farming. Our team combines farmer insight, agronomic principles, and engineering precision to solve field problems that other manufacturers often overlook.
This is an opportunity to shape a growing sales function without losing direct contact with farmers, dealers, and the equipment itself. You will earn commission on your sales while building the clarity, discipline, and coaching that help the whole team perform.
The Opportunity
The Sales and Agronomy Manager is a true player coach. Approximately half of your time will be devoted to personal selling, strategic accounts, field activity, and closing business. The other half will be devoted to leading the sales team, establishing expectations, improving the sales process, and building reliable pipeline visibility.
This role needs a practical leader who can move comfortably from a customer conversation about planter or drill performance to a coaching conversation about prospecting, follow up, CRM discipline, and forecast accuracy. Travel is seasonal, with heavier field time during planting and industry events.
