What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Build genuine relationships that keep guests coming back.
• Educate guests on our services, products, and Wax Pass® options.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through education—not pressure.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest information.
• Follow up with guests through calls and texts to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Work closely with our Wax Specialists to create a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby.

Success in this position comes from your ability to connect with guests and confidently educate them on the value of our services, retail products, and Wax Pass® options. Every Guest Service Associate is expected to meet sales and performance goals.
