Job Description - Sales Assistant

Johnson Brothers Ford Lincoln has an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant to our New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments. This position works directly with our Sales Managers to offer administrative support of vehicle inventory stocking, reconditioning and listing. If you are highly organized, detail oriented and team player, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

Ensure inventory is accurately stocked into Dealership Management System

Ensure dealership's Selling Evidence Manuals are accurate and readily available to the Sales Team.

Oversee Certified Pre-Owned Program to ensure the dealership remains compliant with the manufacturer.

Ensure pre-owned Window Stickers and Buyer's Guides are created with accurate vehicle information and posted to all pre-owned inventory on the lot.

Oversee Wholesale deals to ensure quick funding of sold wholesale vehicles.

Issue Purchase Order numbers to pre-owned vendors when necessary.

Ensure incoming pre-owned inventory is moving efficiently and effectively through the vehicle reconditioning process.

All other duties required to assist Sales Managers.

Basic Skill & Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excell and Outlook.

Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Skills in operating computers, phones, printers, copiers, and other office- machinery to carry out day-to-day work activities.

Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

Must have a valid Driver's License
