Hiring: Sales Assistant

• Pay: $20-$22 hourly
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This position is located onsite in downtown Spokane WA and reports to the General Sales Manager.

You will serve as a critical partner to our Sales Consultants, helping create an exceptional customer experience while keeping our inventory organized, displayed, and ready for delivery. What You'll Do

Sales Team Support & Lot Operations

• Assist Sales Consultants throughout the customer buying journey.
• Greet and welcome customers to the showroom and lot.
• Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations and test drives.
• Help coordinate and deliver exceptional vehicle delivery experiences.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and dealership visits.
• Support dealership events, promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Organize and maintain vehicle displays throughout the dealership.
• Move, stage, and photograph new and pre-owned inventory.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready.
• Conduct inventory walks and vehicle inspections.
• Assist with incoming inventory and dealer trades.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional lot appearance.
• Organize and maintain vehicle displays throughout the dealership.
• Move, stage, and photograph new and pre-owned inventory.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready.
• Conduct inventory walks and vehicle inspections.
• Assist with incoming inventory and dealer trades.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional lot appearance.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or automotive experience is ideal
• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
• A desire to grow with us in this automotive industry
• A passion for the Subaru brand
• Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies
• Confidence in customer service engagement
• Comfortable working both outdoors and indoors
• Comfort in operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The hourly pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
