$24-$26 per hour + 5% Annual Bonus

We're partnering with a well-established, privately owned theater supply company with multiple locations across the U.S. that serves schools, performing arts centers, churches, casinos, and entertainment venues.

This is a primarily inside sales role with NO cold calling or commission pressure. You'll work with warm inbound leads and existing customers while splitting your time between the Memphis office and customer visits throughout the Greater Memphis area.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with schools, churches, theaters, casinos, and performing arts venues.


• Meet with customers, conduct site visits, and gather project information.


• Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals from customer inquiries and project plans.


• Review blueprints and specifications to develop accurate estimates.


• Partner with the project team to ensure a seamless handoff after the sale.


• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.


• Maintain project documentation and customer records.

What We're Looking For

• People passionate and experienced in the theater community


• Ideally 2+ years of Experience with Sales, customer service, estimating, or project coordination


• NEW COLLEGE GRADS with a THEATRE DEGREE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated


• Comfortable with basic math and measurements


• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel


• Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally
