Compensation and Growth
Earning Potential: $45,000 – $80,000+ annually (base salary plus bonuses and commissions)
Experience: Preferred but not required (prior BDC, call center, or sales experience a plus)
Bilingual: Preferred (English/Spanish)

Qualifications
Strong communication and phone skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
