In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation; managing all inbound leads for three major automotive brands: Lexus, Chevrolet, and Toyota of Naperville. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people, this is your opportunity to shine.

YOU WILL:

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and chat


• Engage and qualify potential customers


• Schedule appointments for the sales team


• Keep CRM tools updated with accurate customer interactions


• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships


• Help manage the sales pipeline for maximum efficiency


• Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a top-tier experience
