Computer skills and\u00a0proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\u00a0required. Must have a valid driver\u0027s license with a safe driving record. Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the\u00a0general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
