Sales Clerk

The Sales Customer Service Clerk is responsible for auditing, tracking, and addressing parking payment activities as directed by the Audit Supervisor. This role also involves handling patron and client concerns related to daily payment issues.

Pay:  $23.43/hr

• The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.  A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.  

• Audit, track, and address parking payment activity in accordance with the Audit Supervisor’s instructions.


• Respond to and resolve patron and client concerns received each day.


• Maintain accurate records and reports in a timely manner.


• Communicate clearly and professionally with patrons and clients regarding issues and resolutions.


• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.


• Identify trends in customer concerns and recommend solutions.


• Participate in meetings with clients to discuss customer concerns and process improvements related to refunds.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.


• Strong analytical and trend-recognition skills.


• Effective problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to manage and meet recurring reporting deadlines.


• Comfortable speaking in meetings and presenting findings or updates.


• Minimum 3 years of related customer service or auditing experience preferred
