Join our dynamic coaching department as a Sales Coaching Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our sales team. We are dedicated to helping sales representatives improve their demos and achieve excellence. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about coaching others to succeed, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze sales demos using AI transcription tools to identify areas of improvement and irregularities.

• Collaborate with the coaching team to develop actionable improvement plans tailored to individual sales reps.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to sales reps to enhance their demo performance and close rates.
• Leverage sales analytics to track performance trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to the refinement of coaching processes and techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain swift communication with the sales team and leadership regarding coaching outcomes and action plans.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide actionable and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is a plus, though we are willing to train.
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed!

Actual compensation will be based on skill-set level.
