Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience
As aSales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our showroom, helping customers turn their dream spaces into reality. You’ll providethoughtful design guidance, product expertise, and a seamless shopping experiencethat makes luxury feel within reach.
Job Responsibilities
Maximize sales: Identify, nurture, and guide as many potential customers to convert into sales.
Provide excellent customer service: Treat all potential and converted customers with the highest levels of customer service.
Work cohesively with the team: Be responsive and communicative via all channels, including messaging platforms

Drive the Brand Story – Confidently communicate the 7th Avenue difference to every customer, showcasing how our style, function, and innovation solve real-life needs and elevate everyday living.
Tailor Every Interaction – Lead one-on-one consultations that are rooted in listening and strategy—presenting configurations and solutions that directly drive purchase decisions.
Sell Through Expertise – Be the go-to authority on our products. Use product knowledge, space planning tools, and demonstrations to instill buyer confidence and close the sale.
Own the Relationship – Build and nurture long-term customer relationships with a high-touch, consultative approach—turning one-time buyers into loyal clients.
Leverage Tech to Convert – Actively track leads, manage follow-ups, and use our digital tools to create seamless, data-driven sales journeys that result in conversions.
Keep the Showroom Sales-Ready – Ensure the showroom is always visually compelling and primed for sales—every display, scent, and playlist should support the customer’s path to purchase.
What You Bring to the Team
Proven success in high-end or luxury sales – You’ve thrived in retail, high-ticket sales, or concierge-level service roles, and know how to build trust with clients who value both style and substance.
Sales & Outreach Mentality – You don’t wait for opportunities to come to you—you actively reach out, follow up, and build lasting client relationships.
Maximize Sales – Identify, nurture, and convert as many potential customers as possible by proactively engaging, following up, and closing.
Provide Excellent Customer Service – Treat all potential and converted customers with the highest levels of customer service. Deliver a warm, professional, and solution-oriented experience for all clients—before, during, and after the sale.
