Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.


• Build relationships through outstanding customer service and follow-up.


• Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing options.


• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer programs.


• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.


• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.


• Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership's CRM system.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.


• Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.


• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training.


• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.


• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
