Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create long-term clients


• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully


• Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, options, and technology


• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles


• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business


• Work closely with Sales Management on goals, performance, and development


• Bring a positive, professional attitude to the team each day

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills


• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Clean driving record


• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening


• Sales experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
