Job Description

WeightNot  is seeking professional, energetic Inside Sales Advisors to support its rapid growth with our medically supervised weight loss program. The position will be based in WeightNot’s Tyson’s Corner headquarters office.

OVERVIEW: Based in our corporate headquarters, the WeightNot Inside Sales team provides information and counseling to Prospects by conducting phone consultations. Their objective is to effectively screen and then engage Prospects and convert them to clients.  There is no “cold calling” involved, though you may often call on prospects or current clients within the Reveal database.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, goal orientation, diligence and organization skills are keys to success in this position.

WeightNot promotes an ethic of teamwork.  We expect staff members to contribute fully to the successful operations of the center and company, embracing any needs that arise whether within the strict confines of their job description or not.  As the needs of the company are fluid, all staff must be willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and ‘jump in wherever needed’.  An individual who feels that they should not be asked to perform tasks outside of their job description is unlikely to thrive at WeightNot.

 

MASTERY OF WEIGHTNOT’S SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGIES

  • Acquires and maintains adequate knowledge of the WeightNot program and technologies to serve as an appropriate educator, advisor and guide for Prospects and Clients.  There is significant training involved – both upfront and on-going – to support this objective.
  • Passes diagnostic testing and sign-off processes in order to assure that they have achieved an appropriate level of understanding and mastery.

 

SALES/CONSULTATIONS

  • Develops strategic monthly sales plan to maximize sales results.
  • Promptly completes daily sales log, weekly sales checklists and any other requests for information on progress/performance.
  • Uses the WeightNot database and activity scheduler software to accurately record client information and effectively manage activities related to client relations and the sales process. 
  • Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to engage Prospects and interact positively with Clients, helping to identify additional ways in which we may serve them.  All communications should be professional, friendly and highly client service-oriented.
  • Utilizes WeightNot’s approved phone scripts in order to:
    • Screen Prospects effectively
    • Probe and fully understand their situation and needs,
    • Convey relevant and compelling information with regard to services in which they have an interest
    • Set appropriate expectations for the outcomes of each service/treatment 
  • Uncovers objections and overcomes underlying concerns by sharing information regarding WeightNot’s approach and methodologies, technologies utilized and the value/benefits of the services offered.
  • Achieves strong conversion rates for phone consultations
  • Follows up with Prospects and manages pipeline to ensure maximum sales by keeping Prospects informed of current promotions and specials, as well as new service offerings.
  • Actively engages in selling current Clients additional services or areas for treatment by informing them of sales promotions and new/upgraded services.

 

CLIENT SERVICE

  • Schedules Client appointments for services according to medical personnel availability.
  • Collects, identifies and records referral source data.
  • Inputs client information and helps maintain the database.
  • Attends all on- and off-site mandatory meetings, including those regarding sales, marketing, and training.
  • Always warm, caring and professional in all client interactions.

 

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- One-two years successful sales experience in a company with strong sales training and   

   culture preferred
