Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly, providing a friendly and professional experience


• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that meet their preferences and budget


• Demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives


• Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements in compliance with dealership policies


• Maintain communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships


• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve sales targets


• Utilize bilingual skills to assist and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Previous sales experience preferred, preferably in automotive or retail environments


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends


• Strong negotiation and closing skills


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
