The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, which includes maintaining sales department records, filing contracts, confirming receipt of equipment, and assisting with the preparation of contracts and quotes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares documentation such as quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers
Maintains all quote documentation and the WIP with accurate pricing and configurations for all Account Managers
Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications
Coordinates job billing with the sales team
Enters jobs into the system and assists with ordering equipment for said jobs
Confirms the arrival of parts for service and contract projects and notifies appropriate personnel of arrival
Files and maintains documentation according to record keeping and retention guidelinesâ¯
Attends sales meetings
Responsible for reporting job progress to sales and leadership teamâ¯
Assists with Account Receivable (explanation of why items are owed, contacting customers for payment, etc.)
Other Duties as assigned
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
2 or more years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
None
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.â¯
Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.â¯
Personal computer skills, strong typing ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office.â¯
