We're looking for a dependable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first voice prospects hear when they meet TrackMyShuttle, and to help us reach more hotels and hospitality groups across the U.S.
What You'll Do
1. Open New Conversations
Prospect into hotels and hospitality groups across the U.S.
Run thoughtful outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn, the kind that gets replies, not blocks.
Qualify inbound leads coming from our #1-ranked SEO presence and turn them into real conversations.
Book qualified discovery meetings and demos for our Account Executives.
2. Be in the Field
Travel to hotel properties, hospitality trade shows, and industry events to meet prospects face to face.
Represent TrackMyShuttle at hospitality events (HITEC, HFTP, AHLA, regional hotel conferences) with warmth and confidence.
Bring back what you hear from prospects to help us sharpen messaging and targeting.
3. Run a Clean Process
Keep CRM hygiene tight (HubSpot or Salesforce) so the pipeline always tells the truth.
Track activity, follow up consistently, and never let a good lead go cold.
Continuously look for ways to simplify and improve the prospecting motion.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing roles.
Comfort with outbound (cold email, cold calls, LinkedIn) done thoughtfully.
Strong listener. Better questions than answers.
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable on the road, traveling 50%+ to hotel properties and hospitality events.
Bonus: hospitality industry exposure (hotels, hotel groups, hospitality tech).

Required
1–3 years of sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing experience
Comfortable with outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn)
Strong communication and listening skills
CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Willing to travel 50%+ across the U.S.
Reliable, detail-oriented, positive attitude
Bonus: hospitality industry exposure (hotels, hotel groups, hospitality tech)
Location: Remote (U.S.) Washington, D.C. metro preferred; open across the U.S.
Travel: 50%+ across the U.S.
Reports to: CEO & Co-Founder
Compensation: Final offer based on experience and location.
