Sales Executive – Restoration & Commercial Services

Location: Falmouth, ME | Portland, ME 

About the Opportunity

Our Client is a leading provider of disaster recovery, restoration, and commercial property services. They are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to develop new business, build strong commercial relationships, and grow revenue within the Philadelphia market.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a strong business development and new-account acquisition background who is comfortable prospecting, networking, and engaging directly with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial restoration and service accounts.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and key decision-makers.


• Develop business within target markets such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, commercial property management, and other institutional accounts.


• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and in-person meetings.


• Participate in organizations and networking events such as BOMA, IFMA, IREM, and other local business associations.


• Manage and grow a book of business with an annual target of approximately $1.5M+.


• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and expand client relationships.


• Partner closely with operations teams to support successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and account retention.


• Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales forecasts, pipeline information, and territory plans.


• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial services sales.


• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.


• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.


• Ability to establish relationships with executives, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.


• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating with operations and leadership teams.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and multiple client relationships.


• CRM experience and familiarity with sales forecasting and territory planning.

Restoration experience is a plus, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds in other B2B or service-based industries are encouraged to apply, including:

Performance & Development

• First-Year Sales Target: Approximately $1.5M in new business, prorated based on start date.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Top-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to earn $200K–$400K+ OTE, based on performance.
