What Will You Be Doing?

As a Sales Leader at Bonaventure, you'll help communities achieve occupancy goals by leading sales initiatives, coaching teams, and building meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families. In this role you will:

• Drive occupancy growth by developing and executing sales, marketing, and outreach strategies.


• Lead inbound and outbound sales efforts while managing lead activity, forecasting, and pipeline performance.


• Coach, mentor, and support community sales teams to strengthen sales execution and improve losing success.


• Partner with executive directors and community leadership to develop action plans that meet or exceed occupancy goals.


• Analyze sales and marketing performance to identify opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.


• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and team members.


• Uphold and promote the company vision, culture, and service standards within all sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or a related field.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective residents and their families.


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, leads, and follow-up activities.


• Experience using CRM systems to manage lead activity and monitor sales performance.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, results driven environment.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.


• Passion for serving seniors and helping families navigate important life decisions.
