Sales Manager

As Sales Manager for Champion, you will have the opportunity to earn a six figure income while helping others improve their homes and improve their lives. 

You will lead and grow a successful team of professionally trained factory sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be the daily management of sales activities throughout the territory. You will work directly with the Division Manager to help outline and determine strategy for sales and marketing activities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Developing and growing Champion within the Des Moines market


• Actively recruit new members to your team and take an active role in their success.


• Perform in home product sales presentations 

Job Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience.


• Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team. (In home sales a plus)!


• Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products


• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
