Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Nissan of Gadsden. This role will involve leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals


• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue


• Manage customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction


• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics


• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a sales management role


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Knowledge of automotive industry a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• Competitive Commission of $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
