What You'll Do

  Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team

  Drive new and used vehicle sales while maximizing profitability

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor sales performance and establish goals to achieve dealership objectives

  
  


• 
  

  Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure an exceptional customer buying experience from start to finish

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the Finance and Service departments to maximize customer satisfaction

  
  


• 
  

  Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales processes

  Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

  Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals

  Excellent communication and customer service skills

  Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
