Key Responsibilities
Desk Management & Deal Structuring: Desk daily deals, structure financing and trade-ins, and manage handoffs to Finance & Insurance (F&I) to maximize gross retention.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of automotive sales consultants. Drive accountability through ongoing coaching, daily floor management, and performance metrics tracking.
Inventory & Turn Optimization: Work with management to manage Toyota allocation, track turn rates, oversee trade-in acquisitions, and ensure rapid turn-times on pre-owned and fast-moving Toyota models.
Digital Lead & Pipeline Growth: Partner with the Sales Consultants to convert high volumes of Internet leads, monitor CRM usage, and enforce structured follow-up protocols.
OEM Objectives & CSI Compliance: Execute monthly Toyota sales goals, regional promotion programs, and brand standards to secure dealership incentives and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years in high-volume automotive sales management (General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or F&I Manager experience preferred). Toyota or Lexus dealership experience strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) Reynolds & Reynolds, along with leading automotive CRM -ELeads.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of deal structuring, lender guidelines, F&I product penetration, and gross profit retention.
Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
