Kia of Alpharetta is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager. 

The right associate at Kia of Alpharetta is a motivated and results-driven individual responsible for leading and monitoring the sales team for new and used vehicles. This is a full time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary and commission schedule. The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, Desk Manager experience, and a passion for the automotive industry.

1. Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a team of Auto Sales Consultants to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve dealership objectives.
3. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and maintaining a high level of customer service.
4. Product Knowledge Mastery: Stay abreast of the latest car models, features, and technological advancements to guide your team effectively.
5. Customer Relationship Building: Lead by example in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
6. Sales Process Oversight: Navigate the entire sales process, providing guidance on test drives, financing options, and negotiating terms to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
