Legacy Transportation is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Liaison to lead our sales team, support business growth, and serve as the primary point of coordination with our external marketing partners.
This leadership role is focused on coaching, accountability, process improvement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to develop a high-performing sales organization while ensuring marketing activities remain aligned with business development and customer growth objectives.

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while continuing to expand our capabilities and customer base.
· Lead, coach, and develop sales personnel.
· Conduct sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching.
· Establish accountability and performance standards.
· Oversee CRM utilization, forecasting, and sales reporting.
· Participate in strategic customer meetings and major opportunities. Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to support company growth.
· Identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
· Serve as the primary liaison between Legacy Transportation and external marketing partners.
· Coordinate marketing initiatives that support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
· Annual base salary: $105,000 – $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications
· Performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 20% of base salary, subject to achievement of performance objectives

· Up to 25% travel may be required to support customer meetings, business development activities, industry events, and company initiatives.
This position is based in Sparks, Nevada. Candidates must currently reside in the area or be willing to relocate prior to employment.

· Minimum 3 years of sales leadership, business development leadership, or related management experience.· Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, 3PL, specialized transportation, or related B2B service industries is strongly preferred.· Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals.· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.· Experience with CRM systems and sales performance management.· Self-motivated leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.· Experience coordinating with marketing vendors, agencies, or business development initiatives is a plus.
