Sales Manager - B2C

What The Position is About:

• Personally run leads while building out a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Lead regular sales meetings and one on ones
• Create a culture of continuous training, improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Strong sales experience within the exterior home improvement industry (roofing, siding, windows)
• Proven ability to personally sell at a high level and remain hands-on in the field
• The ability to recruit, coach, develop, and lead a sales team
• Prior sales leadership or management experience is highly preferred
