What The Position is About:

• Lead and manage a team of 4 sales reps across to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 3-5 years of successful sales leadership in the home improvement industry
• Proven track record of growing or upgrading a sales team
• Window and siding experience
