You wonât be stepping away from sales. Youâll still run your own desk, but now youâll also be responsible for raising the level of the team around you.
What This Role Actually Looks Like
Youâre still closing deals and keeping your own numbers strong
Youâre actively involved in your teamâs deals - pushing, advising, helping close
You spot problems early (pipeline, activity, mindset) and fix them before they become excuses
You drive activity - calls, follow-ups, urgency - not just for yourself, but across the team
You bring energy to the floor and set the tone
You donât manage from the sidelines, youâre in it with the team
Youâve proven you can perform consistently
You already take ownership beyond your own desk
You have experience helping others close deals or improve performance
Youâre comfortable stepping in when something is off and figuring it out
You understand how to protect margin and move deals forward under pressure
Youâre competitive, driven, and actually care about winning as a team
This is not about a title, itâs about impact.
