Sales Manager Real Estate

We are an established restoration company building a high-growth real estate investment and wholesale division and we are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our real estate sales team. This role is hands-on and performance-driven. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, coaching closers, and ensuring consistent execution of our sales process.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of real estate sales professionals


• Drive team performance against clear KPIs, revenue targets, and activity goals


• Lead by example in sales conversations, negotiations, and contract execution


• Monitor pipelines, forecasts, and CRM activity to ensure consistency and accuracy


• Improve sales scripts, processes, and follow-up systems


• Report to the GM on hiring, onboarding, and performance management


• Provide market feedback to improve pricing and acquisition strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in real estate sales, acquisitions, or business development


• Previous experience leading or mentoring sales teams


• Strong closer with consultative selling and negotiation skills


• Comfortable managing metrics, pipelines, and CRM systems


• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven


• Real estate investment or wholesale experience preferred
