SWBC is seeking a talented individual to coordinate, create, design, and implement marketing campaigns and materials for sales and marketing support to a top-producing loan officer.

You’ll work closely with a top producing Sr. Loan Officer assisting them with administrative and marketing support, and be able to assist in making the dream of home ownership a reality!
Essential duties include the following:
Assists the Sr. Loan Officer with marketing responsibilities including managing their database of referral partners, and initiating and executing marketing campaigns.
Coordinates marketing campaigns and solicitation efforts to referral partners and clients, including existing database clients and prospects, in order to create new business leads by utilizing product and systems knowledge and competitive advantages.
Collaborates with the Sr. Loan Officer to devise new, creative, and unique ideas for marketing campaigns.
Follows-up with existing client relationships and referral partners using various forms of communication such as social media, phone calls, emails, handwritten letters, and the like.
Organizes and attends leveraged events and industry functions.
Assists Branch Manager with special projects.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency.
Minimum two (2) years in coordinating marketing campaigns, providing sales support, and building client/prospect relationships preferably within a mortgage-based industry, or other related experience.
Experience using various social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising.
Working knowledge of general office equipment such as phone system, copier, scanner, and the like.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in order to maintain a healthy working relationship with existing clients.
Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills to perform multiple work assignments.
Proficient computer and accurate keyboard skills in utilizing computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
Able to learn and stay current with marketing products, systems, and competitive advantages.
Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
Able to lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
Able to travel locally.
Able to work flexible hours for business needs and attending industry/business events.
