Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our Citrix and Microsoft technology business. This role will manage the operational lifecycle of software, cloud, hardware, support, and service transactions - from solution coordination, quoting, and ordering through renewals, vendor registrations, Microsoft partner-program administration, and billing coordination. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and dependable, with experience supporting B2B technology sales, licensing, subscriptions, renewals, or order processing. You will work closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Engineers, vendors, distributors, and internal operations teams to ensure customer solutions are accurately quoted, properly ordered, documented, and followed through to completion. 

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare accurate quotes for software, cloud subscriptions, hardware, support, renewals, and related professional services. 
• Partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Engineers, and other technical resources to confirm solution configurations, product SKUs, quantities, pricing, licensing terms, and customer requirements. 
• Coordinate vendor and distributor pricing, availability, special pricing, deal registrations, licensing information, and order requirements. 
• Process and track customer orders from approval through vendor/distributor submission, fulfillment, provisioning, shipping, and completion. 
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, order, subscription, renewal, and product information in the CRM and other business systems. 
• Manage and track software, support, maintenance, and subscription renewals; prepare renewal quotes and coordinate timely follow-up with the sales team and clients. 
• Support Microsoft and Citrix partner-program administration, including renewals, product registrations, customer associations, CPOR, PAL, deal registrations, incentive-related documentation, and other vendor requirements. 

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, order management, renewals, customer success operations, licensing operations, purchasing, or a related B2B technology role. 
• Experience supporting software, cloud, SaaS, managed services, hardware, IT solutions, or technology-reseller sales is strongly preferred. 
• Demonstrated experience creating, reviewing, or processing quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, renewals, subscriptions, or vendor/distributor transactions. 
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent record of managing data, pricing, product configurations, dates, documentation, and customer information accurately. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate professionally with salespeople, technical personnel, vendor representatives, distributors, and customers. 
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent deadlines. 
• Ability to identify an issue, ask the right questions, drive it to resolution, and keep stakeholders informed. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and other Microsoft 365 tools. 
• Experience with CRM, PSA, ERP, CPQ/quoting, ticketing, or order-management systems; Salesforce experience is a plus. 
• Ability to handle confidential customer, pricing, licensing, and business information professionally. 
• Comparable technology-renewal roles emphasize accurate product and serial tracking, clean data across systems, quote preparation, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
