Job Description - Sales Planning Coordinator (Entry) - Bilingual in Korean

[Job Description]
  • Analyze potential partner relationships for products
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop new item presentations, evaluate business trends, and create presentations supporting sales priorities and initiatives
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns align with the department’s sales goals
  • Analyze and manage customer interactions
  • Organize and manage efficient access to customer data
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to communicate and ensure flawless execution of pricing, promotion, and merchandising plans
  • Knowledge of how to process monthly closings

[Qualifications]
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics preferred
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of promoting and selling products to customers
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
