What You’ll Do as a Sales Consultant

• 
  

  Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

  
  


• 
  

  Listen carefully to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

  
  


• 
  

  Guide test drives and explain key features, technology, and benefits

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong relationships to create repeat and referral business

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with customers by phone, email, and text to maintain engagement

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with management to achieve individual and team goals

  Work with internet, phone, and walk-in leads to maximize opportunities

  Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand their purchase

What We’re Looking For

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  Outside sales or customer-facing experience a plus (but not required)
