Sales Professional

LaFayette Ford is looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to fill open Sales Professional positions. Our dealership’s hours are 9am-8pm Monday – Friday and 9am- 6pm on Saturdays, with multiple shifts available. Some evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities:

• Learn about Ford and Lincoln Vehicles to become one of our product experts


• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicles and technology


• Perform vehicle demonstrations of features and technology


• Respond to customers inquires via social media, phone, email, etc.


• Have meaningful conversations with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options


• Serve as a resource for our customers when they have questions about vehicles, products, or services


• Help customers navigate the car buying process and be there to support them after the sale


• Work with Sales Managers and Finance Department to ensure customers have a seamless car buying experience

Qualifications:

• Career-focused mindset


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Intermediate ability to learn web applications for customer management


• Able to frequently move around the dealership facilities and the outdoor lot to interact with customers and other departments


• Valid Driver’s License and minimum 3 years of driving experience


• 2 years of prior sales experience of any kind
