In this role, you’ll build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver customized insurance programs that protect what matters most to individuals and businesses. Whether you’re an experienced sales pro or looking to grow your career in a dynamic industry, we’ll equip you with the tools and support to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connect with new clients by building relationships and uncovering insurance needs.
• Sell a wide range of solutions with support from experienced professionals, offer tailored insurance and risk management products.
• Grow your book of business by developing and executing a plan for long-term client growth.
• Manage existing accounts by ensuring clients receive proactive service and timely updates.
• Stay informed by continuously building your knowledge of products, market trends, and underwriting practices.
• Provide expert guidance by recommending coverage options and answering client questions about billing, service, and protection.
• Collaborate with your team by working closely with internal experts to deliver exceptional service.

Beneficial Experience:

• Prior experience in sales, especially B2B with proposal and closing responsibilities
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
