Your New Role As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Wisler Plumbing & Air, connecting with homeowners in the Roanoke area to deliver tailored solutions for plumbing, HVAC, and water quality needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new clients in the home services market.
Present and sell solutions designed to meet clients’ unique needs.
Build trust and strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering value to our clients.
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay sharp with ongoing training and market research.
Attend industry events to grow your network and drive new business.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferably in consultative selling)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Clean driving record (no reckless driving or DUIs)
Ability to pass a clean background check and drug test

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Management and leadership experience a plus
Knowledge of budget goals and gross margin thresholds
