Sales Representative Lead 

Eddy’s Chevrolet Cadillac LLC is seeking a Sales Representative Lead prefer 2 years of experience. Candidates must meet the job requirements and supply a Resume to be considered for the position.

Job Summary

· Plans, directs or coordinates the actual sales or movement of a product or service to the customer. 

· Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales quotas and goals and establishing training programs for sales associates. 

· Analyzes sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements. 

· Directs and coordinates activities involving sales services. 

· Resolves customer complaints regarding sales. 

· Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determines profitability. 

· Trains, oversees and motivates sales staff. 

· Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time. 

· Inspects products and materials for sale. Instruct and oversee sale activity by staff to address compliance.
