Sales Representative | $26–$32/hr | Campbell, CA | Full-Time, Year-Round | Indoor Heated Pool (90°F)

Sutton Swim School is a family-owned, year-round indoor swim school in Campbell. We've been teaching Bay Area kids to swim safely for decades, and the families who trust us with their children have been with us for years. We're hiring a Sales Representative who can build those relationships from the very first phone call, and keep them.

This is a sales role first and a customer service role second. You're the first person most parents talk to when they're considering swim lessons for their child. Your job is to listen, find the right fit, and help them commit. We're looking for someone who closes not by pushing, but by genuinely knowing what they're offering and believing in it.

Which brings us to the part that makes this job different from most: you'll teach one three-hour in-water swim lesson shift per week, every week. It's essential, not optional. You can't sell our programs with real conviction if you've never been in the water teaching a kid to roll and float. We'll train you for this. This role also carries real responsibility. You'll open or close the building on your shifts and serve as the on-duty point person for staff and families when the manager isn't on site. For the right person, there's a clear path toward Assistant Manager and, eventually, Customer Service Manager.

What you bring:

• At least 4 years of sales experience. Selling services and working with families is strongly preferred.


• Comfortable in water, willing to be trained as a swim instructor, and committed to teaching one three-hour in-water shift per week as a permanent part of the role.


• Available Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, plus Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.


• A genuine interest in building long-term relationships with children and their families.

Nice to have:

• Marketing experience (social, email, referral programs, or local community marketing).


• Supervisory or managerial experience leading a customer-facing team.


• Bilingual in Spanish and English.


• Experience in another program-based or membership business (gym, music school, tutoring, kids' activities).
