Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends

- Showcase properties to potential buyers and renters and provide accurate information about features, pricing, and availability

- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships

- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve company goals

- Attend training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of the real estate market

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update client information in the company database

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real estate industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Valid real estate license is preferred but not required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
