Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in promoting our studio and converting inquiries into lifelong students. You will engage with prospective clients, conduct consultations, and collaborate closely with instructors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential new students through various outreach methods.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients’ interests and recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Work collaboratively with instructors and front desk staff to coordinate trial lessons and events.
• Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Attend and represent the studio at community events and outreach opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in fitness, wellness, or arts education industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for dance and its benefits is a plus.
