As a Sales Shift Lead, you'll help keep our dispensary running smoothly during your assigned shifts. You'll guide the sales team through busy days, ensure compliance with state and company regulations, and step in wherever needed to maintain efficient operations. From supporting team members to ensuring every customer leaves satisfied, you'll serve as both a leader and a hands-on contributor.

On a typical day, you might:

  Train and coach team members, helping them grow into confident, knowledgeable sales professionals

  Monitor sales transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service

What You'll Need

  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
