Position: Sales Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated sales strategies, quota plans, and training materials for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on strategic soundness, team-leadership rigor, and market-analysis quality.
• Review sales management scenarios involving territory design, quota setting, and customer complaint resolution.
• Provide expert feedback on sales-performance analysis to improve AI model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI system performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience in sales management roles such as Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Sales Director.
• Experience directing sales teams, setting sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal

• Task-based payment upon first task approval.
• Hourly payment for the remainder of the project after the first task.
