We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store.

As a Sales Supervisor, you will combine your passion for sales and clienteling with a hands-on approach to supporting the Store Manager and the wider team. You will build strong and lasting relationships with our clients, deliver a personalised shopping experience and contribute to achieving the store’s commercial objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.


• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, from the first interaction through to after-sales service.


• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and develop client loyalty.


• Drive sales performance and actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store targets.


• Monitor, analyse and support the development of key store KPIs.


• Support the team and lead by example on the sales floor.


• Ensure the store always meets the highest standards in terms of presentation, visual merchandising and client experience.


• Participate in seasonal changes, promotions and merchandising updates.


• Support stock management, stock loss prevention and inventory processes.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements.


• Contribute to creating a positive, collaborative and motivating team environment.

Profil recherché

Skills & Requirements:

You are a sales-driven and client-focused professional with a genuine passion for fashion and premium retail.

You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and ideally have previous experience within a premium or designer fashion environment. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy taking on responsibility.

You are confident, proactive and highly motivated, with a strong attention to detail. You enjoy working as part of a small team while also being able to work independently and take initiative when needed.

Most importantly, you are passionate about delivering an outstanding client experience and motivated by the opportunity to support the management of a high-end fashion store.
