Sales- Used Car Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager with a strong background in sales and finance to lead and expand our pre-owned vehicle department. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who understands  dealership sales process and is committed to driving growth, profitability, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve sales volume and profitability targets

- Oversee the entire sales process, including appraising and acquiring inventory, desking deals, and structuring financing options

- Develop and implement strategies to increase used car sales and customer satisfaction

- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, finance sources, and external partners

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry

- Strong sales and finance background with a track record of achieving targets

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies

- Knowledge of dealership management systems and CRM tools

- High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
