Responsibilities:
Serve as Salesforce CRM administrator and related technologies, such Hubspot, Conga CPQ etc. Managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and security settings
Work closely with the Commercial team to understand business requirements and translate them into technologies and system enhancements.
Recommend and implement proactively, process improvements based on the industry’s best practices and new Salesforce capabilities or related innovation.
Provide training and support to end users to improve adoption and effective utilization of Salesforce and related applications.
Perform hands-on Salesforce configurations, including fields, page layouts, record types, custom objects, validation rules, and process automation (Flows etc.).
Oversee Salesforce data management, including data cleansing, deduplication, and integrity monitoring
Support & implement commercial digital tools and integration with other systems
Manage digital projects and developments including scope, timelines and resources
Oversee subcontractors’ development work
Document system changes, configurations, and user guides to enhance knowledge sharing and user adoption.
Skills and Experience:
B.Sc. At Information Systems (or similar)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Salesforce.com administrator/Implementation in a global company
Saleforce.com certified Admin
Strong understanding of the Sales-Cloud platform and Salesforce Community functionality and best practices
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements; specifically Commercial related
Excellent project management skills
Apex knowledge – advantage
Experience with Service Cloud – advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
High self-learning capabilities
Service oriented & team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of global-company business-processes
