In this role, you’ll be part of a close-knit, skilled team of Salesforce experts who provide end-user support and continuously roll out new and improved features to support our business. You’ll help turn ideas and requests into clear, maintainable Salesforce work that supports our teams and improves the experience for the people who rely on our systems every day.

What you will be doing

  • Complete hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration work as part of regular sprint delivery as part of a team of Salesforce Administrators.

  • Participate in ongoing team process improvements to help Salesforce work move through intake, solutioning, development, testing, and release more efficiently.

  • Own intake and triage for Salesforce feature requests, bugs and enhancements.

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, document business process context, and translate needs into clear, actionable Salesforce work.

  • Lead Salesforce solutioning for new requests, including evaluating configuration options, process impacts, data implications, user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

  • Partner with Salesforce administration team to ensure solutions are well-defined, technically feasible, and aligned with Salesforce and Raptive best practices.

  • Help resolve Salesforce ticket, support and process stucks by connecting business context, platform knowledge, and implementation options.

  • Create and maintain Salesforce process and platform documentation so knowledge is captured and reusable across the team.

  • Support release readiness, stakeholder communication, testing context, and post-release validation for Salesforce changes.

The skills and experience you bring to the role

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a customized Salesforce environment with 100+ users

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in a Salesforce, CRM, business systems, sales operations, or revenue operations environment

  • 1+ years experience with data hygiene work or data analysis in support of systems and team members. Ability to think critically and logically through complex data adjustments.

  • Experience owning Salesforce solution design or business systems work from intake through release in a cross-functional environment.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels.

  • Ability to learn the ins and outs of the business, retain information, and apply it

  • Strong Salesforce solution judgment, including the ability to balance out-of-the-box functionality, configuration, customization, scalability, maintainability, and an appropriate level of effort.

  • Detail-oriented and process-minded, with the ability to create scalable workflows and documentation

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks

These will set you apart

  • Certified Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification

  • Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities or AI-assisted Salesforce administration workflows, such as Agentforce, MCP-connected workflows, Salesforce CLI, Codex, or similar tools used to investigate, document, or support platform work.

  • SQL knowledge

  • Data governance or stewardship background

  • Experience working in a technical capacity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesloft

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
